Meticulous farming practices with an emphasis on sustainability & the environment, coupled with deep investments back into the community & the workers, make Aquiares a model for farm production everywhere. All coffee cherries from Aquiares’ fields are hand-picked & brought to the farm’s own mill, where they are fully washed to remove pulp. The coffee is then moved to driers fueled by wood sustainably harvested from the farm.
