We can grind your coffee order to any grind size you wish – simply leave your grinding size preference in the comments section of your order.
Our Loyalty Program is not automatically synced to this site. If your email is registered to a Loyalty account at the time of placing your order we will manually adjust your Points balance to reflect the purchase. Redemption of points is not available on web orders and needs to be redeemed in person at the store.
Orders placed for pick-up will be available for pick-up on the same day they are placed during our regular business hours. Please wait for us to email you your pick-up notification that will contain your pick-up code.
Your order will ship next business day Monday to Friday including Local Delivery.
Do you offer equipment repair services?
We have an experienced repair technician that can source parts and preform repairs. In order to use this service we require the following information;
- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Date of Purchase
Once we have the above information we will confirm if it’s practical to proceed with servicing. We will instruct you when and where to drop off the machine. The machine will be diagnosed and an estimate of the total repair cost will be provided for your approval. The diagnosis and repair estimate preparation fee is $49.00 plus tax.
We do not offer repair services on any commercial equipment at this time.
