All of our coffees are graded and screened to meet specialty-grade standards before they reach us. These standards help ensure defects—including those related to improper storage or potential mold—are identified and removed early in the supply chain.

Additionally, coffee is roasted at high temperatures, which significantly reduces the presence of potential contaminants.

While routine batch-by-batch testing specifically for molds and mycotoxins (such as ochratoxin A) is not standard practice for most specialty coffee roasters, we prioritize sourcing high-quality coffees from reputable partners who adhere to strict quality controls at every stage.
